At times they limited at certain times of day when there is too much consumption on the infrastructure. Kind of like a lot of areas with energy usage.
bit of a story relating BH & ragged on water. Endriunas Bros, who in 06 (for years earlier too) owned ragged and operated blue hills by lease from MA DOR.. they thought they could stiff town of milton on the water bill - so milton, with the backing of state shut down BH and tried to get a new operator in on a breach of contract. Endirunas figured out how to pay milton - but as a result, completely shut off ragged from funds - which is likely why Joshua's payroll checks bounced from ragged at the time. Also, the six pack was hit by lightning that summer, but Endriunas let the insurance lapse - so they had no coverage and the lift sat idle for most of the year. Anyone remember the attempted auction at the barn with no roof?
