rickbolger I'm guessing it's late 1930s regardless of the caption, the vehicle in the foreground looks to be a 1934 Ford and far too clean and new to be six years old. The one behind it looks like a newish 1934 Dodge. The trucks look to be early 1930s, 1931 Model A among them. Also there doesn't appear to be any vehicles from the 1940s that I can see.
