Posted: Dec 06, 2005 - 1:03 AM GMT hello---i checked out nashoba vly in westford mass today.its SUPPOSEDLY gonna open on wed. At least that's what a NV employee told me as i was checking out the lower slopes. he said---wed. so i'm thinking-i have an eye exam to go to in leominster then i will ski NV wed! there were several huge SNOW CANNONS pointed at the hill. Rime ice coated tree branches-a good sign,that,,,,the hill will be open soon.plus-there's some *more* natural snow in the forecast-i hope!we NEED more than a couple inches.................. best regards/ brian o    __________ "riders on the storm" JM |

Posted: Dec 06, 2005 - 5:00 PM GMT I stopped at Wachusett Monday afternoon for a few minutes. I didn't have time to ski but I talked to some friends who did ski that day and said it was quite good. Only a couple of trails were open (I guess they were claiming four), but it looks like they'll get more open very quickly given the favorable weaher reports. I hope to get back there Friday morning for a few runs. |
