That being said, this is all just another marketing ploy to get an email address and some demographic information from at least a thousand people. I'm somewhat certain that Stratton has assumed in their marketing calculations that less than 20% of the first thousand people who receive the free ticket voucher will actually print it out, save it until ski season and actually redeem it for a day of skiing. If this is the case, Intrawest has just run a succesful marketing campaign!! Fellow NELSAP'ers.... Lets change the redemption percentage!
Although I'm not a big fan of Stratton, I'll take a free lift ticket anytime, anyplace. I have printed out my voucher and it's in a safe place until winter, when I intend on using it. I encourage anyone that wants a free ticket to fill out the forms, print out the voucher and use the damn thing. Never look a gift horse in the mouth.
