Posted: Jul 03, 2005 - 8:41 PM GMT Was over in StJ & Lyndon visiting relatives. Since it was such a beautiful morning we decided to drive over to Burke and up the toll road. We first stopped at the Sherburne Base Lodge to see if there was any activity regarding the new HSQ that will be going in in place of the Sherburne Double. No signs of life yet. Then up the toll road to the *almost* top of the mountain (the official summit is a hundred or so yards away up by the fire tower).
