Hi all --

Big round of applause for Betsy McDonough -- she has been given the official title of SnowJournal.com Assistant Editor. She's been an invaluable resource since Day 1, and a lot of her input is reflected in the success of this site.

Here's to further success... congrats and many thanks Betsy!

Eclairs to you Betsy!

Congradulations on your newly appointed status in the Snowjournal hierachy, and thanks for all that you do to preserve the memories of ski areas lost.

How about an acceptance speech?

Congratulations, Betsy.

BTW, your posts have always been interesting to read and informative.

They often remind me of the many times I skied Burke in the early 80's (back when they had the BURKE sideways all caps logo with the bear, and we had to take Route 18 from the end of Route 93 in Littleton to get into Vermont) -- my neighbors' grandparents were from St. Johnsbury, and we got to stay over their place and ski the Dippers

Thanks for the kind words folks.
No big executive suite unforunately Along with helping Jeremy w/NELSAP, this is something I do in my spare time (when I can find some)! All volunteer of course...but I bet I could wrangle myself some free tix from a certain Southern NH ski area
