Posted: Jun 07, 2004 - 2:03 PM GMT Sled If only the New England snow was as dry as your humor.......lol Seriously tho, Act 250 would be a major roadblock to overcome but several ski resorts in Vermont have successfully done so. A positive fact for MV is that there are more cows than people who's viewscape would be affected. Logically it doesn't seem traffic would be a viable issue but because Act 250 is so accessable to use, one never knows. A recent example is at Sugarbush. One man is fighting the Bush's right to build a new lodge cause they did not put valet parking in the parking plan.
