This is a copy of a paragraph of a newsletter I received from Attitash today:

Quote:
Attitash Bear Peak celebrates 38 years of great winter sports with its third annual Founder's Day on Friday, January 24. The day commemorates the opening of the resort in 1965, when lift tickets were $7.50 and limited to the first 400 skiers. This year the ticket windows will open early at 7:30 am, and the first 400 skiers or riders can purchase their tickets for $7.50. Last year the line to buy tickets started forming at 6am, so don't stop for that extra cup of coffee - we have Green Mountain java at the mountain.
