Posted: Mar 21, 2012 - 7:45 PM GMT I would like to be trained to become a ski lift mechanic. If anyone is willing to train or give me advice please feel free to send me a message! About me: I have operated ski lifts for two years. My experience includes fixed grip lifts, high speed detachable grip lifts, conveyor lifts and rope tows. Thanks! |

Posted: Mar 21, 2012 - 9:09 PM GMT Massachusetts has an annual three day lift maintenance seminar held at Jiminy Peak in mid April. This is a good place to meet and network with a couple hundred lift mechanics and mountain operations people. Hopefully attendance won't be down to much after this lousy season.
