It is 12 ft wide by 48 ft long, It is foam in construction with half log siding very energy efficent, Has forced air propane heat, a hook up for a free standing gas stove, A/C.and a on demand hot water heater. Also has an electric fireplace for heat. It has 2 bedrooms, Vinlyclad tilt-in windows through out and laminate flooring. It has a full size kitchen with electric stainless steel cooktop and stainless steel refrigerator. Two hole sink and a stainless steel dishwasher. Everything is in working order. Has 100 amp circuit breaker and another separate circuit breaker for living room and hottub. Hottub is included in price. Also a deck facing the south side of the cabin. You can snowmobile right from the cabin to the VAST trails. There is also a private swimming hole behind park, and is only 10 min. from Mount Snow.
