Posted: Feb 16, 2012 - 3:18 AM GMT I wear a size 15, which makes it impossible to find or buy boots at local ski shops (they stop at about a Mondo Point 31). I recently found a pair of Tecnica Modo SR's in a size 33 Mondo Point. These are advanced/Expert and are stiff, which are the type of boots they will replace. I am 6'1" and 230, so I need something that is a bit stiffer as a heavier person will flex a stiff boot more than a lighter weight person. Anyone familiar with these boots? Are they a good boot? I like Tecnica as the Tecnica boots I am currently skiing in are almost 20 years old. |
