Spending a ton of cash to make new decals is a waste. OK, $700+ isn't that much money, and at least it's coming out of the prisoners' pockets. Pretty creative though... |

Posted: Feb 06, 2012 - 8:52 PM GMT The other issue is that it was done in 2008-09 and these have sat in a file somewhere until needed. However, the cows are actually supposed to be one color on the state seal. |
