Of all places to start a helmet law but it does not suprise me, you have to wear a ski helmet now in NJ it is mandatory for young adults.

And soon to be state sponsored bubble wrap to be required for jackets. There's a reason I haven't skied here in a long time. At least in Pennsy you have the freedom to kill yourself on a motorcycle or skis.
