Have you tried contacting them directly? last i knew they are still in the business of selling new/refurbished riblet parts.

May not hurt to contact a ski area with Riblet double line equipment.

Superior Tramway is all out and they are not making anymore according to their shop

May also not hurt to contact some of the areas out west, as it seems like Riblet doubles are being replaced with some regularity.

Try Chs Snowmakers or the company now that used to be Partek, in Pine Island NY. I think its called Skilift Parts Inc, or something like that.
