If it weren't for the ridiculous taxes in Maine, it would be tempting!

tells you how slow it is when realtors are advertising on Snow Journal!

I'd be interested if they left the Ken T-bar in and had gave out free jumbo eclairs!

Not desperate, just looking for different ways to advertise! There are many different places to advertise and what better place to advertise a ski mountain property than on a ski forum!! I'm always looking for some way to get the word out and if it means posting in the classified section (which offers real estate and whatever else) on here (which I thought I did, if not I would love to know what I did wrong and how to post to the classifieds section if anyone wants to help the Newbie!!)!

Yes, Maine taxes... but there are plenty of investment opportunities and the Rangeley region is beautiful!!!

I think it is a pretty good idea to post here. There's no reason not too, and as far as I know it is in the correct section and there is no rules against it.

It is the perfect place to put these places in the minds of people like me who are somewhat looking, and don't have an idea where exactly they want to buy. I hadn't even put Saddleback into my mind before, but after reading this it is in there.

Thank you shpride! I went back and checked after I posted my last reply just to be sure that i had put it in the correct place!!
Definitely check out the Saddleback website and if you google the mountain there are a lot of great articles on all the improvements that have been done over the last few years. I grew up on Saddleback, my mom sold and rented the first stage of Rock Pond condos built back in the early 80's. It's a great family mountain and has come a long ways!! The area is thankful to the Berry family who have done so much for the area and the mountain and have brought it back to what it was back in the 80's! So check us out and I hope to maybe see you up on mountain!!

Think snow!!
