The Time Machine is a presentation of ski history material from the New England Ski Museum collection.
http://www.skimuseum.org New and Old, The Cannon Trams, 1980 -- Image caption: The original Cannon Mountain Tramway (foreground) stood in sharp contrast to it's replacement during the final phase of construction in the winter of 1979-80. The new triple capacity tramway began passenger service in the spring of 1980 and the old one was later removed. This image appeared in a Cannon Mountain/Franconia Notch promotional booklett in 1981.
